The best design! Bought it to wear under skin tight wedding dress, it is slimming my sides just like I wanted and first shapewear ever that actually looks just like regular underwear, so sexy and great!

This has to be one of the most misleading pictures and descriptions of a product I have ever encountered. The quality was shoddy and not what would be expected of one of the most expensive body shaper companies. Based upon this experience, I would never purchase another Spanx product. Awful! I will, however, continue to shop Zappos!!

I’m 5″2, 108 lbs and ordered the XS. at first it seems tight but once they’re on they are very comfortable… these undies provide lightweight control while still being invisible under your clothes. I wore with a tighter fitting gown for a 6 hour day and these were perfect. My stomach looked flat and smooth under my dress. Would definitely recommend. If you need a higher level of control I’d get one of Spanx other shapers; this is more a seamless panty with the benefit of being highwaisted and having slight compression.

These definitely help smooth the sides but the sizing is very off for spanx. I wear a medium in other undetectable styles but this medium stretched out to an xl after a day of wear and ended up HIGH on my waist. Weird, the side smoothing abilities remained but the crotch itself stretched. So if you’re tall these might be great but just awful for petites

I was super disappointed by these as they did not fully their job of shaping. The cut of these underwear is not the best… I am a petite person and even I had an issue with how small they are. I ordered 2 sizes and both of them were too short to properly shape and be undetectable. The thong is cut too high up on the hip and it lands in a weird spot on your upper thigh that digs in instead of smoothing. This is something you obviously want for tighter fitting clothing and it defeats the purpose because you can see the line and it makes that part of your thigh look fatter then it is. You have to really pull the thong up to get it to sit under your bellybutton like the photo as well. The waistline needs to be slightly higher and the thigh cut needs to be lower as the high cut doesn’t work for coverage.
