These are pricey, but are the only underwear I have found that keep everything “in place” in front. Measure your waist before ordering, they are sized exactly. They could have a little more fabric on the back. Overall, I am very satisfied.

This underwear is everything the description promised. My husband is delighted with the fit and the support. He has a medical condition that requires support and these “tighty whiteys” provide that comfortably. And, they release stains much easier than cotton underwear. He is very happy and does not want to wear anything else.

I purchased this item recently in both black and white for my husband. He had a radical prostatectomy at age 54. Approaching age 72, his muscle control is a little weaker and he “leaks” a bit at times. His white underwear has become stained. He also experiences night sweats and wakes up dripping wet. I got 2 pair of white Spanx first. He was upset over the cost but loved them…wonderful fit and support plus they don’t become sweat soaked at night. When I tried to order additional pairs, they were out of white. So I ordered black instead and we’re pleased to find his “leaks” don’t show on black. They look fresh and new wash after wash. He doesn’t have to worry about the appearance of his undies at doctor appointments or as our mothers told us long ago “Wear clean underwear’ ‘What if you get hit by a bus?'”
