I am 5’5″ and 120 lbs., but I’m also 54 and a tad jiggly in the middle. I was hoping that this would help smooth things out under a knit dress. Nope. I ordered the Medium. The waist band kept rolling down, plus it made my thighs bulge out (and I don’t have big thighs). Going back.

These are not heavy duty compression underwear, but they do smooth out my postpartum tummy a bit. Unfortunately they create a bit of a panty line and ride up. Cute color.
