I am a huge fan of Brooks shoes and this pair did not disappoint. Great support and comfort. Love how breathable the upper fabric is. I received the grey and black combo and love how well it goes with everything.

When I received the Brooks Levitate StealthFit shoes in the Navy blue color
I immediately liked the sight of them. I had recently purchased a slip on
loafer while on vacation and thought this would be another great option.
At first I was sceptical of how long these would be comfortable for because
I do have wide feet and I believe they make these slip on shoes a bit
tighter because they need to last on your feet for a while. I was very
pleasantly surprised they were very comfortable the ENTIRE day, I did not
want to take them off. I did not put socks on and I would say the only
negative is that its hard to take your foot out without the insole coming
along with it partially. This means after removal you have to take some
time to reposition the insoles for the next time you wear it. THe insoles
were fairly thin and it took a bit of time before I had them in the
original position. With socks this less of an issue.
The shoes are very lightweight and running in them has also been a
pleasure, though can imagine for longer distances you might need a bit more
shoe. THey are great for just stylishly walking around the city or other
outdoor activity.

Brooks Overall Item – 5 Stars
Comfort – 5 Stars (I was diagnosed with compartment syndrome in high
school, followed by a double fasciotomy – Brooks brand running shoes have
provided the best support to my legs throughout running at the
collegiate level as well as now in my post-collegiate career)
Style – 4 Stars (I love the wild fun colors!) I normally stick to neutral
colored shoes…but not for running! The more wild the colors, the better!

Size – runs a little large – however, I think I may be more of a size 9 in
this particular shoe – Brooks Levitate 5 compared to the 9.5 Brooks
Levitate 4 that I previously owned.
Width – the width is true to size – medium for my average width foot
Support – average – I personally have arches that need a lot of support –
the Brooks Levitate 5 accommodates my custom made orthotics wonderfully
without feeling too tight!

I found the new levitate roomier in the toe area with a bit more comfort around the front area. I found the shoe comfortable and easy on my arch as I walked around. The Levitate has a lot of cushion and is contouring to my foot. I think Brooks has done a great job with the Levitate 5 regarding comfort in the toe area, great style and colors.
I have been a brooks girl for 5 years now. I have gone between the Levitate and Ghost with both being a contender for repeat buying. I love the colors of the Brooks collection along with the comfortable fit they provide. I use the VA for medical care as I am a service connected Veteran. My providers always like the style and colors I choose. My wife, who likes the Glycerins, and I are Brooks girls forever! Thanks for making a great, comfortable shoe to go through life with.

Overall the Brooks Levitate 5 shoes are very comfortable and I love the style. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I personally need a little more arch support than what the Levitate 5 offers. There is some arch support but I have high arches so I need a little more than average arch support. The toe box seems a little narrower than the Brooks Ghost shoes I have worn previously, but there is still adequate room for my toes and it does not rub anywhere. The heel fits well and stays in place so I don’t have any issues with it slipping.

I’m a return buyer of the Levitate. I’ve owned the original Levitate, Levitate 2, Levitate 4, and now the Levitate Stealthfit 5. I struggle with plantar fasciitis and I am not a runner, I use these shoes for functional training and HIIT classes at the gym. I do run occasionally during class, but I don’t accumulate significant mileage on these shoes. I absolutely loved the 1 and 2 Levitates. Initially with the Levitate 4, I struggled with blisters on the backs of my lower ankles/heel, but once I broke them in I was a fan, although I probably liked the previous versions a bit better. I did grow to love the more form fitting feel of the 4, which is why I chose the “Stealthfit” model over the “plain” model. Additionally, I’m a supinator so I needed the neutral fit over the GTS fit. I personally find the Stealthfit 5 to be a huge improvement over the 4. I have zero rub on the backs of my ankle and the Stealthfit has more cushioning behind the ankle than the 4. I love the glovelike fit of the shoe and after only a handful of workouts my feet feel great. From my own experience with the Levitate line and the types of workouts I use them for, this shoe is the best of all the models and I’m very satisfied.

They are very cute on however somehow I missed that they are slip on shoes! I’m not sure why they have ties but even with the ties loosened they were too snug around the instep of my feet, maybe because I have high arches. The length was good, I didn’t have to size up like some of the Brooks and they seemed comfortable but I couldn’t get past the tight instep. Disappointed because I have a hard time finding athletic shoes to fit me and I do usually wear Brooks.

I purchased these shoes (Navy/Copper color) to wear at work with my navy scrubs. They are extremely comfortable with upper being made out of a knit material. The shoes have a little sparkle to them which was unexpected and I love that the sole is a copper color on the outside (which makes it unique from typical white-soled athletic shoes). They are stylish and comfortable which us exactly what I was looking for. I will have to wait and see how the knit material holds up though.

These are great shoes, they do put a spring in your step for sure! Not quite as “cushy” as the Ghost models, so it took a little getting used to. But very comfy. I’m a nurse and I’m on my feet for 12+ hours a day and usually have well over 10,000 steps in by the end of the day. These shoes keep up with me and my feet don’t hurt by the end of the day. Expensive but worth the money for me.

I am a nurse and I LOVE Brooks shoes for work. Unfortunately this particular style wasn’t the right one for me this time. I’m used to the support and cushioning of the Ghost varieties, so switching to the Stealthfit 5 was a very different feel to get used to. Definitely not as “cushy”, and the sole feels flatter and thinner overall compared to my Ghosts. I like the slip-on style, to me the laces are just for looks, because I tied them so they stay tied and just slip them on and off. They are comfortable on my foot as far as not pinching or rubbing anywhere. Also the traction of the sole is amazing…very non-slip, which I like. I get tons of compliments on these shoes, and they do look awesome. Unfortunately after wearing the Stealthfit 5’s to work (I work on a busy med surg floor so I put in a good 15,000 steps a day), I notice my knees and calves ache at night like they do when I wear any shoes that don’t support me enough. I was hoping after I got used to them, they’d be ok, but I’ve worn them for a couple of months and these shoes just don’t give me the impact resistance that I need. I will use these for going to the gym or just out and around, but they’re not the shoe for me when I’m going to be on my feet all day. I’m going back to the Brooks Ghost 14.

Fit, size and comfort were great but the lining if the heal wore out within 6 weeks causing blisters! If you walk alot do not buy this style.

Bright white for an “old school nurse.” My podiatrist recommended Brooks sneakers. They have been essential in my recovery from posterior tendon inflammation.
These are super nice with the fancy soles! I love the elastic-like ankle area, that helps keep sand and tiny gravel out.
