Finally, A shoe that works for me. I wanted a maximum plush sole with a neutral footbed with a roomy toebox that breathed well and it was impossible to find. I went through so many pairs but these are great. Perfect for those who wear orthotics. Let’s just hope they don’t remodel it and destroy the perfect shoe.

Brooks Glycerin 20 is very comfortable. However, they run short and narrow. I had to get a wider width in my size, but they were not available. I ended up purchasing a men’s size medium width which is a wide width in a woman’s size. They have a lot of cushioning which is something I am always looking for in a shoe and they don’t slip at the back of the heel. They are also pointed which is why a larger and a wider size is necessary for most. I don’t really have a wide foot. They felt tight across the toe area which will require a wider width. I love Zappos for shoes, they are the best!!

These are far and away the most comfortable brooks shoes I’ve worn. To me, they feel just a little too long in the toe, but I’ve compensated for it with an orthotic insert, which also makes it even cushier. my only complaint is that for wide feet like mine (2E), the color choices are very limited. I wish you companies would stop penalizing us who have wide feet.
