I really needed these shoes but my heel kept slipping just enough that it could cause a blister over a longish hike. I even added my orthotics and no change. The heel part of this shoe does not hug my heel enough to keep it in place.

I have the non-gortex version of this shoe in a 6 love them. Ordering half size bigger as the gortex material seems to make the shoe too tight.

Really wide toe box

These are very stiff. Not the comfort, cushion and arch support I know from the Ghost 13. Returning.

I was surprised when I received these shoes thinking they were running/walking shoes not trail shoes. The cushioning in the shoe is so comfortable the bes my feet have ever felt they an be used for running, walking, and trail hiking.

I love Brooks tennis shoes! I have 3 pair. I needed a pair of waterproof shoes for a trip to England and Scotland in early October. The weather is cool and rainy on most days. I decided to give these a shot. I have worn them on a rainy day here in Michigan. So far so good. They may be a little heavier than the original brooks shoes, but that’s to be expected because of the gortex which helps keep them waterproof. I normally wear a 9 1/2 in brooks, and was a 9 1/2 in these.

These are horrible. Toe box is impossibly small and I am tiny. Please use American models for your shoes, not women whose feet have been bound. Please bring back the Ghost 13 GTX . These are absolute rubbish. Will be leaving Brooks sneakers now.

Not too crazy about the style or “look” of this shoe. But it seems to be pretty comfortable for long walks. This shoe seems to heavy to run in, but comfortable for long walks on trails. I haven’t tested out how “waterproof” they are yet. I will update my review when I know!

I selected this shoe in hopes that it would be something like a waterproof Ghost. However, I was really disappointed. Instead, it was huge, bulky and uncomfortable. Sadly, had to return.

Very disappointed with Cascadia. I bought for a trail running – running a 10k with elevation change – I got major blisters on my big toes. BOTH TOES! It seems like the toe box is tighter. I wear a size 8 and true to size. While they are waterproof; it’s not worth the soreness and blisters. I will run in my Brooks Adrenaline instead.

So I broke these in a few weeks before Disney world… wore them to Disney and got over 25K steps a day. My feet never hurt nor did I get a blister. And an added bonus my feet stayed dry on the wet rides. Highly recommend! Just wish they were more pleasing to the eye. Not a fan of the colors/ style.

I have a high arch/instep, there was 0 arch support and there was no room in this shoe for the shape of my foot. The laces are way too short also.

This is my second pair….I’ve learned when you find a pair that works well for you it’s best to double up while you can. I put a lot of miles on my first pair. So I’ll use both pairs in rotation.
