I wear a 10.5 shoe size. This is very challenging to find in store or online. This is why I love Zappos and Brooks shoes as they carry my size. My feet tend to be on the narrow side. I usually wear medium size, but buy shoes brand than run on the narrow side. This shoe is definitely a medium to wide width. Since I wear an orthotic insert I needed the extra room. Excellent arch support and stability. I had metatarsalgia for a long time (ball of foot pain) due to big toe having a bunion and tilting to right side. I had an austin bunionectomy 4 years ago to correct it. My foot feel great now! My podiatrist recommends this shoe because it doesn’t bend easy and has great stability (bending is good stability). It’s hard to find a good walking shoe that doesn’t look huge on my 10.5 size feet. This one does the trick. Love it!!

These run 1/2 size small, same as previous versions. I bought my normal size because listing says “true to size”. I returned them. I will try Addiction again in the future, and will order 1/2 size longer than normal, no matter what anybody else has said about the length.

I wear full length orthotics and the sneaker is deep enough to accommodate them.

I bought these because I was told that they have the same thick cushioned insole as the Ariel 18. It is not the same at all. The shoe is not comfortable at all, sole of the shoe feel hard and no arch support. I will add a picture of a insole from a used pair of Ariel 18 that I bought and the flimsy one from the Addiction GTS 15. The insole from the Ariel has a blue additional layer of foam that seems to make the insole firm and very comfortable (Btw the well used Ariel 18 are way more comfortable than these brand new Addiction shoes.) I think in general Brooks quality is going downhill.

I ordered size 11W these are not size 11. Width was ok but overall sneaker runs tight. These are more like size 10. Too tight and too narow.

felt very odd for brooks . rubbed very bad at the outside area where say a bunion would be . i was looking forward to these for work for orthodics and totally bummed .

Awesome shoe ! I work in a hospital and at the end of the night my feet, legs and back are pain FREE !! The style is a little clunky and plain, compared to other Brooks shoes, but they feel great. I’d rather have comfort than style. They’re cute enough….worth the money. I will order other colors.
I ordered these because they were recommended by podiatrist website. I don’t think I will ever buy another shoe that isn’t on the APMA recommended shoe list. My feet haven’t felt this good after working a shift in years….

I bought an 8.5., my normal size. My toe was hitting the top of the shoe somehow causing pain. The arch support in the shoe was also hitting my arch/instep in a weird way which also caused me pain. I’ve owned Brooks Addiction before. These just don’t cut it, for me. The heel depth is also too shallow for orthotics and for my foot, in general.

if you wear custom orthotics, you can easily insert them, however the very very padded heel area , is so thick that it is uncomfortable, I ordered the grey and honestly not very attractive

I returned them. Long time wearer of Brooks Addiction, Adreneline and Ariel. Toe boxes have been reduced, more shallow, tighter on Addiction and Adreneline. I bought 3 pair of the Ariel 18. They were like walking on a cloud. Soft and supportive. The newest model Ariel 20 – the sole material is harder and cushioning has been reduced under the front foot pad. The material also felt scratchy. For the adrenelines the laces also wouldn’t stay tied. After 10 years a Brooks customer, they all went back.

Loves these shoes. I have been wearing DYADs for years but theses are more supports and have more cushioning in the heel. Would buy another pair if they had more colors.

They are very comfortable. But after 10 months, the fabric at the upper inside heel of BOTH shoes has worn through on both shoes. This is very disappointing, especially for a shoe this pricey!

I have a hard time finding the right shoes due to my bunions. Lol I haven’t accrued enough sick time to get them out but these shoes have been great to my feet in the meantime. I ordered them a size bigger & extra wide since I use shoe inserts. I bought two pairs so I can rotate them every few days. I’m on my feet all day for work & these help with both bunions & plantar fasciitis.
