Bought this for my husband for when he goes running in the early morning. It has high visibility, especially when light catches it. He wears a medium in most shirts and jackets. Ordered a medium in the carbonite vest and it fits well with enough room for a light weight sweatshirt under. It does not necessarily provide any extra warmth as it is a fairly thin material. Decent sized pockets, which is always a plus. All in all, it is a good light weight vest for running in limited visibility conditions.
